You called because something is already in the walls, under the sink, or in the attic — Nex Pest Control sends a licensed technician who diagnoses the actual problem instead of guessing from a truck-side estimate.
Nex Pest Control technicians live and work around Vanderburgh County, which means the person inspecting your crawl space already knows how this soil and climate behave before they even open a toolbox.
Every technician we send out is licensed under state pest control regulations and covered by our company's insurance, so you're never gambling on who's walking through your door.
We'd rather lose a job to an honest "you don't need that treatment yet" than oversell a Vanderburgh County homeowner on something their situation doesn't call for.
Our Vanderburgh County dispatch keeps notes on recurring hot spots by neighborhood, which shortens the inspection and sharpens the treatment plan from the very first visit.
Most Vanderburgh County service calls start with one small clue, not a full-blown infestation — catching it early is what keeps the job small.
One of these alone might be nothing. Two or three together, in the same week, usually means it's time to call rather than wait it out. A quick phone call and a same-day inspection usually costs less time and money than months of chasing symptoms with store-bought products.
From a same-day emergency call to a scheduled quarterly visit, here's the full range Nex Pest Control covers for Vanderburgh County properties.
A wasp nest by the front door or a rodent sighting near a newborn's room doesn't wait for business hours — our Vanderburgh County emergency line is answered around the clock and dispatch is prioritized by risk, not by who called first. Weekend and holiday calls get routed the same way as a Tuesday afternoon call — there's no separate, slower queue for off-hours.
Standard residential service covers the everyday Vanderburgh County invaders — ants, roaches, spiders, silverfish — with an initial treatment and a recurring schedule that keeps pressure from building back up between visits. Interior baseboards and cabinet voids get the same attention as the exterior perimeter, since that's usually where activity is first noticed.
Commercial Emergency Pest Control accounts get discreet placements and a paper trail — every visit logged, every finding reported, so you're never caught off guard by an inspector's question. Technicians can service before or after business hours so treatment never disrupts customers or staff.
A written wood-destroying organism report comes standard with every Vanderburgh County termite inspection, whether it's for an active concern or a real estate closing. Bait stations installed on the property get checked on a monitoring schedule, so new activity is caught early instead of at next year's visit.
We handle mice, rats, and the occasional squirrel or raccoon with humane methods and permanent exclusion work, not a one-and-done trap drop. We'll also flag chewed wiring or insulation damage found during the inspection so you know what to address afterward.
We'll flag chronic water sources on your Vanderburgh County property — a clogged gutter, an old planter — that keep re-seeding the population no matter how often we spray. One-time treatments ahead of an outdoor event can usually be scheduled within a day or two.
A short call to +1-844-564-2570 is usually all it takes to get a technician on the calendar. A dispatcher can usually give you an arrival window within minutes of the call.
A technician walks the property, identifies what's actually there, and shows you the entry point. You'll see exactly what was found, in plain language, before any recommendation is made.
The price we quote on site is the price on the invoice, full stop. If the scope changes once we're inside, that gets quoted separately before we proceed, never added silently.
Treatment happens the same visit where possible, with a follow-up scheduled automatically if the case calls for one. Follow-up visits are already on the calendar before the technician leaves, not something you have to call back to arrange.
You approve one number before we start — no hourly clock running while a technician works. Ask any Vanderburgh County customer and they'll tell you the invoice matched the quote, no exceptions.
Our Vanderburgh County technicians are already in the area, which is why same-day windows are the norm, not the exception. Dispatch can usually give you a two-hour arrival window rather than an all-day wait.
Every Vanderburgh County technician carries state licensing and our company's liability coverage — ask to see it at the door. Licensing status is current and checked, not just a claim on a website.
Our guarantee terms are spelled out in your service agreement, not left to a phone-call negotiation later. Ask your technician for the specific guarantee window that applies to your treatment before they leave.
Nights, weekends, holidays — the Vanderburgh County emergency line is staffed and answered, not routed to voicemail. A dispatcher will help you determine if your situation genuinely needs same-hour response or can wait for standard scheduling.
Our technicians have inspected enough Vanderburgh County attics and crawl spaces to know what's typical for your part of Vanderburgh County before they even arrive. That local pattern data shortens the inspection and sharpens the first treatment plan, rather than starting from zero every visit.
We put the guarantee in writing on every Vanderburgh County service agreement — if the pest we treated for is still active after the recommended window, we return and re-treat at no charge.
This isn't a lifetime promise on every pest forever, but within the stated window it's unconditional — no forms to fill out, no argument about whether it counts. We'd rather absorb the cost of an extra visit than lose a Vanderburgh County customer's trust over a technicality in the fine print.

No matter which part of Vanderburgh County you're calling from, a licensed technician can typically reach you the same day. Coverage includes single-family homes, rentals, and commercial properties across the full service area. Older neighborhoods with mature trees and newer developments on former farmland both fall under the same Vanderburgh County coverage zone, even though the pest pressure differs between them.
